Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Pay for all incomes made (INFO # 3) at the rate concurred to by the employer and staff member.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you incomes, you can send your employer a composed need for payment of wages by mail, email, text, or other electronic ways. A written need may be sent out to the employer at the very same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue wages is submitted with the Division.
