Hi everyone! I wanted to share my thoughts and ask others about the long-term use of Actilis 20 MG. It’s been over 6 months since I started taking it, and overall, it’s been a game-changer for managing my ED.

Actilis contains Tadalafil 20mg, which provides longer-lasting effects sometimes up to 36 hours. Over time, I’ve found that taking it a few times a week (rather than daily) works best for me. There haven’t been any major side effects, though I occasionally get mild headaches or muscle aches, especially if I don’t stay well hydrated.

From a relationship perspective, the flexibility it offers has really helped reduce stress and performance anxiety. It’s great not having to rush intimacy into a strict window.
